Once purchase is complete you will be emailed a link to the grocery voucher(s). To use the voucher(s) simply access the link which contains a barcode. This can be printed or presented on a phone and scanned in store to pay. Please present your printed Tesco Digital Gift Card at the till. The barcode should be clearly printed and visible to the Tesco colleague. If using your mobile device, you will be asked to present the barcode to the scanner by the Tesco colleague. If the barcode does not scan then a Tesco colleague can manually input the digital gift card number (19 digits) and pin (4 digits) which will be located above the barcode.

E-gift cards CANNOT be cancelled and are non-refundable.
If you don't redeem the entire value of the e-gift card in a transaction, the balance will remain on your e-gift card ( GV ) until it is used again or until it expires. Customers could not receive change, nor they could exchange the balance for cash.
Any outstanding balance could be checked on the till.
